WHY UNCOMPROMISED CARE?
Physical Therapy comes to you...
After years of working in the corporate world of outpatient orthopedics, Sarah Suddarth identified an opportunity to provide highly personalized care. She saw that copays were increasing and demands on her productivity were becoming more and more focused on financials instead of patient centered care. She decided to branch out and provide care that was not limited by corporate regulations and insurance limitations, thus the development of “Uncompromised Care.” Dr. Suddarth provides in home physical therapy services at your convenience. Contact her today to schedule your session.

Hi, I’m Joshlyne Villano. I graduated from the University of North Alabama with a degree in Environmental Biology, but my heart has always been in serving others and helping people find freedom from pain. That passion led me to pursue a career in physical therapy.
While studying to become a Physical Therapist Assistant at Calhoun Community College, I attended a presentation on pelvic floor therapy that truly resonated with me—especially as I realized I was personally experiencing pelvic floor issues. After earning my PTA license, I had the opportunity to pursue specialized pelvic floor training through the American Physical Therapy Association, with the support of both my clinic and mentor. I’ve since continued my education with additional coursework from leading experts in the field, including Lynn Schulte, Sarah Duvall, and Nicole Cozean.
In 2024, I became a mother, and that experience further deepened my perspective and shaped my approach to care. It also opened the door for me to join the Uncompromised Care Team—a move that has been both professionally and personally meaningful. I feel truly honored to work alongside Dr. Sarah and to be trusted by each patient I have the privilege of serving.
